The Abbott Associates team quickly developed and deployed methods that dramatically reduced skilled worker churn, lengthening the duration of the skilled workers’ engagements. With longer skilled worker duration, profits boomed.

This was followed by a complete business transformation: factoring, process engineering, and state-of-the-art technology were used to overhaul the operational functions, financial reporting, and organizational structure.
