How to Register for the Metrics Class

Call Center and Help Desk Metrics, Analytics and Reporting Class

Complete the following steps:

  1. Select a class location and date form the pull down menu.
  2. Complete your name and phone number.
  3. Press Buy Now Button and start your Payment

When we have received your payment, we will call you within 48 hours to finalize your registration and obtain your complete contact information.

For your assurances and security, your registration and payment will be managed through Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, Paypal will automatically create one for you at time of payment using your email address and a password of your choice.
